Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems and schematics to identify issues accurately. Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and suspension repairs including shocks & struts. Repair and service powertrain components including transmissions, diesel engines, and heavy equipment mechanics. Execute brake repairs, wheel alignments, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration, and air brake system servicing with precision. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to repair mechanical systems efficiently. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical systems and mechanical systems repair. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring vehicle maintenance meets manufacturer standards. Experience Proven dealership experience working with luxury German automotive brands such as Porsche, Audi, or VW is highly preferred. Strong background in automotive diagnostics, transmission repair, suspension system repair, and diesel engine repair. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, ADAS calibration, oil change procedures, and wheel alignment techniques. Experience working in the automotive repair industry with a focus on mechanical knowledge and vehicle maintenance. Knowledge of auto estimating processes and experience working with GM vehicles or similar brands is a plus. Hands-on experience with heavy equipment mechanics or diesel mechanics is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools while maintaining safety standards.
