Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As the Lead Automotive Technician, you will be primarily responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles. - Occasionally Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as brake malfunctions, engine problems, and electrical system failures
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or safety concerns
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems
- Perform complex repairs on engines, transmissions, and other powertrain components
- Occasionally Align wheels and perform tire services, including mounting, balancing, and rotation
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts as needed for repairs or replacements
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed
Qualifications:
- Must have your own tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an automotive technician program or ASE Certifications Prefered
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Proficient in using power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in Diagnostics is required.
- Strong Communications Skills preferred.
