Heavy Truck Technician / Mechanic Pharr, Texas Joe Johnson Equipment, operating as Kinloch Equipment & Supply About the Role We are seeking a technician who can perform diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a broad range of heavy‑duty and specialized municipal equipment, including vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, and refuse or recycling trucks. This role involves working closely with our Service Writer and Parts team to keep operations running smoothly while carrying out preventative maintenance and maintaining a clean, organized, and safety‑focused workspace. What You'll Do Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment. Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more. Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service. Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
