Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician, where your expertise will drive excellence in vehicle repair and maintenance. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our valued customers. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues with engines, transmissions, electrical systems, suspension, and other vehicle components. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, electrical wiring diagrams interpretation, vehicle transmission systems, and diesel engines. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to accurately troubleshoot complex automotive problems. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, suspension system repairs, and system calibrations like ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems). Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to disassemble, repair, or replace faulty parts with precision. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams to diagnose electrical issues and ensure proper system functioning. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Experience Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics equipment and troubleshooting procedures. Hands-on experience working with GM vehicles or similar makes is preferred but not required. Solid mechanical knowledge across vehicle systems including powertrains, transmissions, electrical systems, and suspension components. Demonstrated ability to read schematics and automotive wiring diagrams accurately. Experience performing vehicle suspension system repairs and wheel alignments. Knowledge of diesel engine repair and advanced automotive electrical systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs. $10.00 - $17.00 per hour
