Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Technician, where your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will keep vehicles running smoothly and customers satisfied. In this energetic role, you'll perform essential vehicle maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring each customer receives top-quality service. Your enthusiasm for automotive repair and customer service will drive your success as you contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values safety, accuracy, and excellence. Duties Perform oil changes quickly and accurately, ensuring proper fluid levels and quality standards are met. Conduct tire services including rotations, replacements, and repairs to maintain optimal vehicle performance. Assist with wheel alignments to improve vehicle handling and prolong tire life. Use hand tools and power tools to perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements and fluid top-offs. Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and communicate findings to the service team for further diagnostics or repairs. Support automotive diagnostics by identifying potential problems using basic testing equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries. Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong foundation in vehicle maintenance. Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, brakes, suspension, and electrical components. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment. Ability to perform oil changes, tire services, alignments, and basic diagnostics efficiently. Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients while explaining services performed. Physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions. Sales aptitude to recommend additional services or products that benefit the customer's vehicle health. Join us as a Lube Technician and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive care! Your expertise will help keep vehicles safe on the road while providing outstanding service that builds lasting customer relationships. Looking for a full-time employee. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, no exceptions. There will be a couple of Saturdays required a month, hours will be adjusted those weeks to not exceed 40 hours worked in a week.
