Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Service Advisor to oversee the mechanical side of our operations. You will manage diagnostic and repair work generated by collision repairs (suspension, alignment, ADAS recalibration, air conditioning, electrical, and engine mechanical), as well as general mechanical maintenance. You'll serve as the main liaison between our collision estimators, technicians, and insurance/retail customers.
Key Responsibilities Manage Workflow:
Oversee mechanical repair orders originating from our associated collision shop as well as walk-in service clients.
Technical Estimates:
Perform initial vehicle assessments and prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates for mechanical collision damage and general wear-and-tear.
Cross-Department Communication:
Work closely with collision estimators, body shop managers, and mechanical technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently.
Customer & Adjuster Interaction:
Explain mechanical diagnostics, required repairs, and safety recalibrations clearly to vehicle owners and insurance adjusters.
Quality Control:
Ensure all mechanical and diagnostic repairs meet factory standards and safety guidelines before final delivery.

Full-time Pay:
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
