Duties Perform oil changes on a variety of vehicles, including standard passenger cars and light trucks, following manufacturer specifications. Replace automotive fluids such as coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and power steering fluid with precision and attention to detail. Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential mechanical issues or safety concerns. Assist with tire services including rotations, replacements, and wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for minor mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks. Support the team in vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake inspections, fluid top-offs, and light mechanical repairs. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance needs when appropriate. Requirements Previous dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred, especially in oil change or basic vehicle maintenance roles. Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and familiarity with automotive diagnostics is essential. Hands-on experience with automotive fluid replacement, tire service, alignment, and minor mechanical repairs is required. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment is necessary for efficient task completion. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks involved in vehicle maintenance regularly. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Experience working with automotive repair systems or service technician experience is a plus.
