Kassel Motorsports in Fallbrook, CA seeks an experienced European Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade BMW and other European performance vehicles. You'll handle advanced diagnostics, drivability issues, mechanical repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and track prep. Work directly with enthusiasts on performance builds, maintenance, and reliability-focused projects. Collaborate with a small, expert team that values integrity, precision, and customer relationships. Ideal candidates have strong BMW/European experience, pride in workmanship, and a passion for performance driving and motorsports. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair BMW and European vehicles, including complex drivability and electrical issues Perform maintenance, mechanical repairs, and system overhauls to high quality standards Execute performance upgrades, track prep, and reliability-focused modifications Use OEM-level diagnostic tools, software, and technical information systems Inspect vehicles, document findings, and communicate clearly with service staff and customers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with a small team on performance builds and long-term customer projects Test drive vehicles to verify repairs, performance upgrades, and track readiness Required Skills European automotive diagnostics BMW-specific systems and platforms Engine and drivetrain repair Electrical troubleshooting Performance upgrades and tuning support Track preparation and safety checks Use of scan tools and diagnostic software Fabrication/light machining basics Service writing/repair documentation Shop safety and tool usage
