This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys automotive service, takes pride in doing things the right way, and knows how to bring out the best in the people around them. As an Auto Care Center Team Lead , you'll help lead a skilled team while creating an excellent experience for our customers. You'll work alongside your associates, help keep the shop running safely and efficiently, and play an important role in the success of our Auto Care Center. What You'll Do Lead, support, and motivate a skilled Auto Care Center team Help drive excellent customer service Support the day-to-day operation of the shop Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability Help train and develop associates Maintain high standards for quality and service Help drive business results and department performance Be a hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump in and work alongside the team Become a trusted resource for both associates and customers Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, positive, and ready to lead .
