Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our vibrant team. You will be responsible for assessing vehicle needs, providing accurate estimates, and upselling additional services to maximize customer value. Duties Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and utilize estimating software to prepare detailed repair estimates. Communicate clearly with customers about recommended services, repairs, and maintenance options, emphasizing benefits and value. Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and other automotive repairs to enhance vehicle performance and safety. Coordinate with service technicians to prioritize repairs, track progress, and ensure timely completion of work. Manage customer appointments, follow-up communications, and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the service process. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed service writing records for each vehicle serviced. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar auto service management role; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics, transmissions, diesel engine repair, collision repair, air brake systems, shocks & struts, brake repair, alignment, suspension systems, tire service, oil changes, and auto body repair. Proficiency with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Experience in auto sales or automobile sales is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various vehicles confidently. Knowledge of automotive repair processes including service writing, auto estimating, and client communication techniques. Mechanical experience or background as a service technician is advantageous for understanding technician workflows and diagnostics. Pay:

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
