About This Role This role exists to help customers make clear, confident decisions about their vehicles — without pressure or confusion. As a Service Advisor at Bob's Main Street Auto & Towing, you act as the bridge between the customer and the technician, translating complex information into simple, honest guidance. Success in this role isn't measured by selling more, but by building trust and long-term relationships. What Your Day Looks Like Your day is focused on listening, explaining, and guiding. You'll greet customers, review inspection findings, help prioritize repairs, and answer questions with patience and clarity. You'll work closely with technicians to understand vehicle needs and communicate them accurately, ensuring customers always know what's happening and why — before any work begins. What Success Looks Like in This Role As a Service Advisor, you're the bridge between our customers and our technicians—and one of the most trusted voices in the building.
You'll:
Prioritize customers and ensure they feel informed, respected, and confident Educate and guide customers on vehicle maintenance and repair decisions Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the repair process Deliver excellent service in person and over the phone Work collaboratively within a team environment Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace Follow all safety procedures and use provided safety equipment Adapt to change with a positive, high-energy mindset Commit to continuous learning and personal development
Pay:
$75,000.00
