Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. This role involves working on various vehicles, performing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that all work meets industry standards. Pay range is based on skill, experience, and motivation. Can you keep busy? Are you a self-starter? or... Do you need to check your text messages and social media every 15 minutes? We are looking for someone ready to work! Great pay! Monday through Friday! No weekends! Holidays OFF! Duties Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to diagnose issues accurately. Perform repairs on automotive electrical systems, mechanical components Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements. Align wheels and ensure proper vehicle handling. Utilize advanced automotive diagnostics tools to troubleshoot problems effectively. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair needs and recommendations. Demonstrate proficiency in welding when necessary for vehicle repairs. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Experience Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components. Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are advantageous. Must provide your own tools.
