Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Automotive Equipment Installer/Service Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of automotive equipment and systems, ensuring optimal vehicle performance and safety. You will help deliver exceptional service to our customers by diagnosing issues accurately and executing repairs efficiently. We install and service Lubrication Equipment, Fluid Systems, Vehicle Lifts and Vehicle Paint Booths. Matz Equipment offers on the job and factory training and has openings for multiple positions: Lubrication Install Tubing and Piping Install bulk Oil Systems Automotive Install both in-ground and above ground Automotive Vehicle Lifts We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are capable of the following: Comfortable with a fast-paced work schedule Employee regularly works in a variety of environments; mechanical rooms, working automobile garages and new construction sites Must be comfortable working on ladders and heights Install equipment, or structures, using tools, hoists, drills, wrenches, etc. Occasional out of town work Some overtime required Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: Ability to lift 50lbs or more independently. The candidate should have the ability to go up and down ladders continuously throughout the work day. The candidate will work independently and with a team. Requires standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and sitting for extended periods of time.
