We're looking for an Avionics Technician who is passionate about aircraft technology, takes pride in precision, and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in growing and establishing our Maintenance and Avionics Department as a premier destination for aircraft maintenance, avionics installations, troubleshooting, and repair. What You'll Be Doing Performing a variety of avionics tasks on corporate and private aircraft Working closely with Management to determine man-hour requirements and aircraft status. Managing multiple moving pieces while keeping calm under pressure Helping maintain a safe, organized, and secure environment throughout the facility Supporting daily operations at our base location with occasional travel to support our customers' needs away from base What Makes Someone Successful in This Role You're naturally personable and value working in a customer service role You can multitask without getting overwhelmed You communicate clearly and confidently You pay attention to details and follow through You enjoy working as part of a team You're adaptable — because aviation changes by the minute You're comfortable learning new systems and processes Requirements What We're Looking For Airframe and Powerplant license (A&P) preferred High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license Comfortable with computers and basic office systems Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions when needed A minimum of 3 years of experience performing avionics alterations / upgrades, troubleshooting and repairing discrepancies, or a combination of both is required. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position while maintaining a high level of attention to detail A thorough understanding of FAA regulations, including 14 CFR 145 requirements Garmin aircraft systems experience is highly preferred If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with aircraft systems, and delivering quality workmanship, we'd love to meet you.
