Job Description Flexjet is seeking an AOG Technician to join our team at MDW. The AOG Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on aircraft to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

Perform AOG maintenance and repairs on aircraft. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Document all maintenance activities accurately. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely repairs. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Respond to AOG calls and prioritize tasks accordingly. Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification. Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
