Avionics Technician
We are hiring experienced aviation maintenance professionals for a long-term, direct-hire opportunity supporting a well-established MRO specializing in heavy maintenance on commercial aircraft. Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate:
Up to $36.00/hour (DOE)
$100,000+ annually with overtime
License Incentives:
$2/hour per FAA license
Earn up to $4/hour extra for holding both A&P certifications

Key Responsibilities
Perform heavy maintenance and inspections on commercial aircraft
Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems in accordance with FAA regulations
Accurately document maintenance activities
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced MRO environment
Tools
Basic aviation toolset required
Qualifications
Avionics experience in a heavy maintenance or MRO environment preferred
FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant certification preferred
Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
