Repair and replace:
Repair or replace damaged components such as sheet metal, ribs, spars, and skin using techniques like riveting and patch repairs. Install components: Install various parts, including insulation, floors, and cargo fittings, using a variety of materials from metal and composite to plastic. Modify structures: Make modifications to aircraft structures following approved data and manufacturer's manuals. Work with sealants: Apply seal chemicals to maintain the integrity of the aircraft. Follow technical data: Use technical data, manufacturer's manuals, and company and FAA regulations to perform all tasks accurately and safely. Log and document: Keep detailed records of all inspections, repairs, and modifications performed.
