9:00pm-6:30am Pay rate: $24.24 - $35.15 Depending on skill level Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician Job Summary We are seeking Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians with hands-on maintenance experience to support our manufacturing and industrial operations. Multiple skill levels will be considered, from technicians with a few years of experience to highly experienced multi-craft maintenance professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment. Candidates with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic experience are encouraged to apply. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Diagnose equipment problems and determine appropriate repairs. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Repair, replace, and install mechanical and electrical components. Work with motors, pumps, conveyors, bearings, belts, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals. Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and other maintenance equipment. Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvements. Maintain accurate maintenance records. Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout. Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime. Qualifications Previous hands-on maintenance experience is required. Manufacturing, industrial, or production maintenance experience preferred. Experience troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical equipment. Hydraulic and pneumatic experience is a plus. Ability to use hand and power tools. Ability to read schematics and technical documentation is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be safety-conscious and willing to follow all company safety procedures. Pay Multiple skill levels will be considered. Pay will be determined based on the candidate's overall skill level, hands-on experience, certifications, and qualifications.
