  • 7:00 AM We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our resort facilities, contributing to a safe, efficient, and inviting environment for guests and staff alike. Your expertise will help uphold our high standards of quality and service. Duties
  • Shift is 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across the resort.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to identify electrical faults. Conduct welding repairs and residential painting as needed to maintain property aesthetics and safety standards. Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation systems within the facility. Maintain accurate records of work orders using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance within a hospitality, manufacturing, or residential setting. Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and work with PLCs. Mechanical knowledge including welding skills and familiarity with residential painting techniques. Experience with CMMS software for work order management. Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately. Supervising or leadership experience is preferred to coordinate team efforts effectively. Excellent customer service skills coupled with clear communication in English. Knowledge of safety procedures related to electrical work, welding, and general maintenance practices. Join us as a Maintenance Technician and play a key role in maintaining our resort's excellence!
