Marketing Coordinator Job Description Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing various marketing initiatives and brand outreach efforts. This role is intended to support the growth and operational excellence of the brand by executing creative campaigns and maintaining a strong community presence of three of our locations in the panhandle; Gulf Shores, AL, Orange Beach, AL, and Pensacola Beach, FL. We are looking for that enthusiastic, friendly personality to share our story with our surrounding community. To build business relationships and to build awareness of our brand. The Marketing Coordinator will get to know the team behind the counter and the product we sell. With this knowledge, communicate to potential customers and businesses where we are located. There will be events to attend, and events to plan and execute. There are some evening or weekend events. This role requires a person who is reliable to own their schedule and their responsibilities. To be trusted to do what they say they will do and to show up where they are expected. Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution Develop and manage a calendar of "fun campaigns" to celebrate store events and national promotions. Work with the home office to execute national promotions and introduce new menu or merchandise items. Coordinate the distribution of outreach materials, including flyers, business cards, and sample menus. Participate in weekly marketing calls Reporting and Documentation Submit a weekly report summarizing community engagement, customer feedback trends, and upcoming plans. Maintain an updated log of community contacts and partnerships in the shared drive. Participate in scheduled strategy meetings with the Operator, Social Media Partners, and the team from the Home Office. Maintain a calendar for scheduled store visits, community events, or business visits. Necessary Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in wanting to take photos and videos. Ability to build and maintain strong community relationships. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience with customer feedback analysis and reporting.
