Our client is currently seeking a
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
in Arkansas. Maintenance Technician /
Industrial Electrician Location:
Arkansas Shift:
Night Shift (12-hour shifts)
Pay:
$29.00-$32.00/hr + OT Available Position Summary Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment to support safe and efficient production operations. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime. Complete approximately 2 months of training on day shift before transitioning to permanent nights. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair motors, controls, conveyors, sensors, VFDs, PLCs, and production equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns as needed. Follow safety, GMP, food safety, and maintenance documentation requirements. Qualifications 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and ability to read schematics and technical drawings. Food manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Schedule & Compensation Night shift schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts, totaling 48 hours per week. Overtime available, with technicians often working 45-50+ hours weekly.
