Job Description
Starting pay depends on experience. Maintenance Technician We are looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician with a positive and professional attitude to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. They are able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and respond quickly and efficiently to maintenance needs. Essential Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property by cleaning buildings, equipment, work areas, parking lots, sidewalks, and other exterior areas as needed. Inspect equipment and facilities to identify potential problems and safety concerns. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Assist with facility improvements, installations, and special projects as needed. Work with outside contractors when necessary. Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls as part of the company's on-call rotation Certifications EPA Certification required HVAC Certification or experience Requirements Evenings and weekends as needed High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Drivers License Must have reliable transportation for travel between locations Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, kneel, and reach for extended period Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision insurance
