Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and equipment. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and appliances to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes efficiently. Repair or replace appliances, HVAC components, refrigeration systems, and mechanical parts with precision and care. Install new equipment such as kitchen appliances or HVAC units following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site maintenance tasks or equipment deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks, improve processes, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic procedures for various mechanical and electrical systems. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair—including air conditioning—and kitchen equipment maintenance. Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively; familiarity with MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with construction experience is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles responsibly. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
