•$80,000 + Overtime & Full Benefits About the Opportunity We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong facilities expertise to join the facilities operations team at one of Arizona's leading healthcare institutions. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC systems, fixtures, and related infrastructure. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to support mechanical, electrical, and HVAC operations. Maintain accurate service logs, equipment documentation, and work orders in the CMMS system. Ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a large facility. Hands-on expertise with maintenance and troubleshooting. Familiarity with critical environments preferred. Working knowledge of safety codes and preventive maintenance practices.
