In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency. Your expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly, safely, and reliably. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on problem solving, technical innovation, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, multimeters (voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter), and other precision measuring instruments. Repair or replace defective components such as motors, belts, gears, valves, sensors, and wiring to minimize downtime. Operate machinery safely using tools like scissor lifts and adhere to all safety protocols related to industrial maintenance. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future repairs. Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to support equipment diagnostics and repairs. Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting complex electrical or mechanical issues involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems. Conduct welding (stick welding) repairs on metal components as needed to restore equipment integrity. Assist in the installation of new machinery or upgrades by following engineering specifications and schematics. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards at all times. Skills Extensive experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices. Proficiency with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking. Solid knowledge of HVAC/R systems including troubleshooting and repair skills. Ability to operate scissor lifts safely for elevated maintenance tasks. Skilled in electrical diagnostics using voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other testing instruments; capable of reading electrical blueprints accurately. Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair. Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, control panels, and automation systems involving PLCs. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform precision measurements using calipers or micrometers; experience with industrial welding techniques such as stick welding. Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex equipment issues quickly and efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration. Customer service mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment focused on safety and continuous improvement.
