Job Description

The VAS/SPU - Maintenance Technician Worker assists other positions when necessary
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Driver License Operate a Trailer Handy Man Ability to arrive on time to multiple locations Ability to work diligently to end of task Ability to work in a physical manner Ability to understand and follow directions
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for showing up to scheduled location on time Fills in for Day Porter as Assigned by Regional Manager - VAS Assist in other positions as necessary and as assigned by the Regional Manager-VAS to fill in jobs where coverage might be necessary Assists with Pick up and removal of specific debris and disposes of the debris at local dump locations Assists in Performance of general exterior maintenance on property sites.
Including:
Installing signposts / Cleaning Signs Painting Work of any kind Change Garbage Cans / Remove Debris as directed Power washes and parking lot sweeps locations as needed and determined by the Regional Manager - VAS Always treats customer with respect and carries self in a professional manner Responsible for pre and post trip inspections of vehicles, trailers and equipment according to company guidelines and DOT requirements and law Performs other duties as needed
