Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on in room equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical Plumbing Drywall Repair. painting and wallpaper Pool Maintenence Maintain accurate maintenance records. Maintenance tasks such as property general repairs to ensure a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance activities. Collaborate with lead Maintenance Engineer. Provide excellent customer service to guests needs promptly and professionally. Experience Proven experience in manufacturing or facilities maintenance roles. Strong electrical experience. Mechanical knowledge related hotel industry. Supervising or leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory; leadership qualities are highly valued. Hands-on experience with hotel painting or general building repairs is a plus. Ability to operate diagnostic tools. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork coordination.
