Hotel Maintenance - NEW HOTEL OPENING | Late September 2026

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotel's guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and overall property to the highest standards. This hands-on position performs routine repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and general upkeep while ensuring the property remains safe, clean, functional, and well presented. The ideal candidate is resourceful, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of maintenance needs in a boutique hotel environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance. Clean equipment, parts, or tools to repair or maintain them in good working order. Clean work areas. Dry-wall work. Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair. Basic HVAC work and repairs. Inspect mechanical equipment to locate damage, defects, or wear. Install electrical components and equipment. Maintain work equipment or machinery. Measure distances or dimensions. Operate welding equipment. Paint surfaces or equipment. Preventive maintenance to guest rooms. Repair electrical circuits or wiring. Repair structural components. Train others in operational procedures. Troubleshoot equipment or systems operation problems.
