Tankless & Traditional Water Heater Field Sales Technician
Job Description
Make every service call count You're the pro customers trust to solve hot water problems—and the advisor who helps them choose the right system with confidence. In this sales-forward, hands-on role, your technical skill and communication earn results you'll see in your weekly commissions . Your mission Own the full journey in residential and commercial settings: diagnose, recommend, sell , and install hot water solutions that perform safely and efficiently. How you'll deliver impact Guide customers through clear options, pricing, and value to close sales Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters to code; perform repairs and maintenance Offer filtration systems and upgrades that enhance performance and longevity Use AI-powered sales coaching tools to review calls and raise your game Educate homeowners and facility contacts on energy efficiency and total value Maintain truck inventory, complete accurate documentation, and leave sites immaculate Coordinate with dispatch and installers to keep timelines on track Support urgent needs with overtime when required; follow all safety policies What sets you up for success Comfortable selling—skilled at presenting choices and asking for commitment 1+ year of relevant field experience (plumbing preferred) Clear communicator with standout customer service Physically able to lift 75+ lbs and perform field work Coachable, growth-minded, and open to feedback Valid driver's license with a clean driving record per company policy Rewards & support Hourly pay + commission incentives (paid weekly!)
