You would be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of equipment, as well as the upkeep and cleaning of our facilities. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment for all operations. The Maintenance Technician will be part of the Maintenance Team and will play a key part in troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and supporting the overall cleanliness and safety of our premises. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal operation. Repair or replace faulty or damaged equipment promptly to minimize downtime. Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of facilities to uphold safety standards and cleanliness. Troubleshoot technical issues with machinery and systems, providing timely solutions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Collaborate with team members to identify areas needing attention and improve operational efficiency. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff. Assist with special projects related to facilities upkeep as needed. Experience Proven experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems is advantageous. Ability to troubleshoot technical problems efficiently and effectively. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Prior experience in facility cleaning or general maintenance is beneficial. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
