What you'll do: Greet prospective residents and lead tours of available apartments Answer leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person Process applications, lease paperwork, and move-ins Help keep residents satisfied and the leasing office running smoothly What we're looking for: +1 year in apartment leasing, LIHTC / affordable housing preferred Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata)

Schedule :

Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay :
