In this role, you will diagnose and repair a wide range of residential household appliances while providing professional and dependable customer service. This is a good opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and helping customers solve appliance problems. Responsibilities Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques Repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, and dishwashers Perform basic appliance installations when needed Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and refrigeration-related issues Communicate repair findings, timelines, and recommendations clearly to customers Maintain accurate service documentation Operate a company vehicle safely while traveling between customer locations Follow safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment Experience & Qualifications Previous appliance repair or related maintenance experience preferred Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Refrigeration and sealed-system experience is highly desirable Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, meters, and other appliance repair equipment Strong problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls Technician should have their own basic tools and equipment required for appliance repair.
