$38.75 - $53.27 plus annual bonus We're seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician IV to support a highly regulated manufacturing facility in Irvine, CA. In this role, you'll maintain and repair critical building infrastructure that keeps production running smoothly, including HVAC systems, boilers, compressors, DI water systems, generators, plumbing, and electrical equipment. Job:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility infrastructure and utility systems. Support HVAC, boilers, compressors, generators, DI water systems, plumbing, and electrical equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and document all work within a CMMS. Respond to facility issues and restore operations with minimal downtime. Assist with capital improvement projects and contractor coordination. Lead and mentor other maintenance team members. Manage spare parts inventory and support equipment lifecycle activities. Participate in an on-call rotation for facility emergencies. What is
Needed:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 6+ years of facilities maintenance experience, or an Associate degree with 5+ years of experience. Experience supporting industrial facility systems and utilities. Knowledge of boilers, pneumatics, compressors, generators, plumbing, and three-phase electrical systems. Experience with DI water systems preferred. Experience using CMMS software and Microsoft Office applications. GMP or regulated manufacturing experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills. What's in in for
