Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician with Lundberg you will play a key role in keeping our Resource Recovery Center, feed shed, and facility grounds clean, safe, and fully operational. This hands-on role supports both sanitation and maintenance functions across our operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
Performing external sanitation and grounds maintenance in accordance with the Master Sanitation Schedule. Operating and maintaining equipment such as yard sweepers, pressure washers, and lifts. Loading feed trucks and assisting with material handling in the Resource Recovery area. Supporting minor facility repairs and upkeep of meeting/workspaces using basic mechanical tools. Coordinating with other departments and vendors to complete tasks effectively. Work area is in a production facility environment including outdoors, with varied temperatures and high background noise. Position involves exposure to odors, dust, and mosquitoes. Periodic travel to other Lundberg facility in Live Oak. Two years of experience in a production or industrial environment. Must maintain eligibility to drive on behalf of the company Comfortable work from heights and in confined spaces. Ability to operator forklifts, scissor lifts and boom lifts. Proficient in basic math, English reading comprehension and data entry using computers. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
