Job Description

Job Title:
Mobile Maintenance Mechanic Location:
Santa Rosa, California (On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are representing an opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional who can support the safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities across a multi-site territory. We are seeking someone who can manage daily work orders, perform hands-on repairs, and help keep operations running smoothly through reliable, responsive maintenance support.
Responsibilities:
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance tasks across assigned facilities. Process and complete work orders through a computerized maintenance management system while meeting service level and response time expectations. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance, identifying issues that require contractor support and reporting conditions that affect operations. Travel between multiple sites, support route planning, maintain company vehicles, and respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotational basis.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent with relevant trade certifications as required by client scope or local jurisdiction. Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and the ability to drive company vehicles in various weather and traffic conditions. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems, with HVAC knowledge as required by client scope. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively, plus proficiency using CMMS and basic tablet or mobile device applications. Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft., and frequently climb, bend, and kneel. Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to represent the company professionally with clients.
