This is a hands-on role with leadership potential in a fast-growing company. Responsibilities Perform routine pool/spa maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs Manage tools, equipment, and daily job schedules Deliver excellent customer service and communicate with clients Drive company vehicle to job sites Identify and upsell additional services Maintain clean, organized workspaces and vehicles Represent the company professionally in the field Requirements 1-2 years of pool service experience required 2+ years in labor or customer service Knowledge of pool systems, equipment, and maintenance Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable with physical work (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, tools) Basic tech/computer skills Valid driver's license (background check required) Who You Are High-energy, dependable, and organized Naturally takes initiative and leadership roles Excellent communicator Enjoys working outdoors and staying active Looking for long-term growth with a strong team About Us Puddle Pools provides residential and commercial pool services across Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Newbury Park, Calabasas, and Simi Valley. Compensation Hourly:
