Job Description
Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and hydraulic systems Perform equipment and component alignments Replace hydraulic hoses and work with JIC and SAE fittings Properly grease and lubricate motors, gearboxes, and other equipment Follow LOTO and plant safety procedures Support equipment across roll-forming, welding/fabrication, and paint-line departments Qualifications Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Strong mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills Experience with conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and alignments Knowledge of industrial grease and lubrication Experience replacing hydraulic hoses Experience with presses, paint lines, or hydraulic-heavy manufacturing equipment is a plus
