We are currently seeking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician.

Key Duties:

Ensure that units are clean and in working order in preparation for new residents. Perform various maintenance tasks to keep the property in optimal shape. As needed, take care of drywall repairs and painting work. As needed, fix or install sliding closet doors and doors. Fix or replace fixtures throughout the complex. Oversee plumbing maintenance, including caulking, brazing, and repairing toilets, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and snaking drains. As needed, replace ceiling fans, outlets, and switches.

Qualifications:

At least two to four years of experience in maintenance HVAC experience is preferred but not necessary Appliance repair experience is preferred but not necessary You must have your own tools. A current driver's license and auto insurance Possessing a strong work ethic and professional demeanor Being able to work one weekend day and participate in after-hours calls Having good written and vocal English communication skills
