Schedule 5:00 AM -1:40 PM Monday through Friday with overtime during the week and on weekends
Responsibilities:
Responsible for conducting general maintenance and repair of interior and exterior building/property, building systems, and facilities equipment. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, mechanical, structural, fire protection, and other related systems supporting utilities for production equipment and building. General maintenance which may include, but is not limited to, carpentry, plastering, painting, drywall, roofing, flooring, landscaping, masonry, welding, framing. etc. Help with moving heavy equipment/machinery and office relocations. Work independently to perform preventative maintenance following written schedules and procedures. Help troubleshoot system issues and take corrective actions, while minimizing production downtime. Assist with pulling wire. Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment; recommend tools, supplies, and equipment for purchase. Define training and preventive maintenance programs to optimize and maintain equipment. Responsible for safety compliance personally and with equipment. Complete maintenance work orders and projects as assigned and in a timely manner. Conduct general upkeep tasks of buildings, as assigned (e.g., landscaping, painting, carpentry, masonry, drywall, framing, concrete, doors, locks, windows, etc.) Drive vehicles to Dr. Bronner buildings for various repair tickets. Other duties as assigned within job scope.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, general construction, or facility operations. 2 years of experience in industrial and/or the construction industry Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.) Ability to use scissor lift, forklift, pallet jacks and articulating boom lift. Must have reliable transportation and possess and maintain a valid California driver's license including proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage and insurability under the Company's insurance carrier standards.
