Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and appliances to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes quickly and accurately. Conduct appliance repair and installation tasks across various settings, including HVAC & appliance technology systems. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries while adhering to all safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures. Collaborate with team members to execute construction or renovation projects related to mechanical systems or facility upgrades. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and clients regarding repair status or system issues. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting procedures for complex mechanical and electrical equipment. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair—including air conditioning—and kitchen equipment maintenance. Ability to operate equipment repair tools efficiently and safely; experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) is preferred. Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with leadership qualities to guide less experienced team members when needed. Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities; proactive problem-solving mindset is essential.
