Responsibilities Install, repair, and troubleshoot residential and light-to-medium commercial garage doors and operators Service springs, cables, rollers, tracks, panels, and hardware using hand and power tools Perform glass installation on doors or related fixtures with precision and safety Complete welding and fabrication work as needed Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Safely handle heavy lifting and work at heights while following safety protocols Perform construction-related tasks such as door hanging, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, and fixture installation Document all work thoroughly with photos and detailed notes Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and office staff Maintain a clean, professional jobsite and company vehicle Qualifications Proven experience in garage door installation and repair (preferred) Ability to independently service full residential systems and light-to-medium commercial doors Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude related to operators Skilled with hand tools, power tools, welding, and fabrication Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Physically capable of heavy lifting and working at heights Experience with glass, carpentry, metal framing, or remodeling is a plus High level of reliability, accountability, and professionalism Valid driver's license required Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply Why Work With Primo's We hire intentionally and value long-term team members Weekend work with full dispatcher and CSR support Clear systems, expectations, and accountability A team that values integrity, craftsmanship, and follow-through
