Job Description
Vintage Corporation is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Windsor. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment serving residential communities throughout Northern Colorado. Position Overview The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general property maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance across multiple properties. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, professionalism when interacting with residents, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders efficiently Maintain property appearance and safety standards Respond to maintenance requests and occasional on-call needs Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Provide friendly, professional service while interacting with residents and team members Qualifications & Requirements Property maintenance experience preferred Detail-oriented with strong work ethic and self-motivation Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation (truck preferred) to travel between properties in Northern Colorado Must supply own tools Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
