$18.00-$25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) Position Summary The Floor Fathers is looking for a motivated, dependable Property Turns Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for preparing residential rental properties for new tenants by completing a variety of maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks. No previous experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Prepare apartments and homes for new residents Install flooring (training provided) Perform drywall repairs and painting Install baseboards, trim, blinds, and fixtures Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs Replace faucets, toilets, and light fixtures Complete punch-list items and minor maintenance repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and property managers Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Transportation to and from work Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds Comfortable using hand and power tools (or willing to learn) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license required if operating company vehicle Must be dependable and arrive on time What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience ($18-$25/hour) Full-time, steady Monday-Friday schedule Paid, hands-on training Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Supportive team environment Learn valuable construction, flooring, and maintenance skills that can lead to long-term career growth If you're dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to meet you.
