Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including experience in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various maintenance tasks efficiently while ensuring high-quality workmanship. The Handy Man will be responsible for performing repairs, installations, and maintenance across our 6 locations from North Port to Naples FL. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs in our facilities. Execute minor electrical & plumbing work including troubleshooting and repairs. Cleaning, organizing, painting and pressure cleaning Read and interpret schematics to execute repairs accurately. Oversee repairs to ensure quality finishes and proper operation of equipment. Maintain equipment Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Previous supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills. Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with team members. Background in manufacturing environments is beneficial but not required.
