General Hotel Maintenance:

Outdoor heated pool care, HVAC maintenance, guestroom repair and maintenance, trouble shoot guest problems with TV, remotes for TV's, A/C, plumbing, etc. Available to work days and weekends. Must be a team player and work well with other team members.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct routine inspections: Regularly check buildings, ground and equipment to identify maintenance needs and insure compliance with safety standards.

Perform Repairs and Maintenance Requests:

Handle necessary repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC and structural components. This includes fixing or replacing light fixtures, and performing minor carpentry. Respond to

Maintenance Requests:

Address urgent repair requests in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations and to guest satisfaction.

Maintain Equipment and Tools:

Keep and inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring they are organized and in good working condition,
