Benefits of Working for Phillips Pool Service Phillips Pool Service offers the best compensation in the business (seriously), and we provide the highest autonomy for our employees. For instance, we allow our employees to take their trucks home with them each day. Most other companies require all employees to report to the office at the beginning and end of each day to pick up and drop off their truck. Additionally, we leave our employees alone while they are working, and we only contact them when a customer has contacted us. In other words, our employees only hear from their boss when there is a problem with a pool on their route. Furthermore, we provide our employees with everything they need to be successful, including a pool truck, tools, gas, cleaning equipment, chemicals, training, and ongoing support. Our employees enjoy this job mostly because it is stress-free, they work by themselves, they get to work outside and not behind a desk, they work with their hands, they don't have to work nights or weekends, and there is minimal interaction with management. Plus, our pay-by-pool structure allows each employee to earn more money by doing more pools/repairs if they desire. Minimum Qualifications 1. 1+ years in customer service 2.
