billion in sales in 2025.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Technician to join our Haines City Building Finishing team.Responsibilities include:
Equipment Maintenance & Repair:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production and facilities equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery, engines, motors, conveyor systems, and production equipment. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate with external maintenance contractors or OEM services as necessary. Repair or replace control devices, electrical systems, and mechanical components.Facility Support:
Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment. Perform equipment upgrades and improvements as required. Support the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program by completing scheduled actions and maintaining appropriate records.Operations Support:
Work independently and collaboratively with plant personnel to support manufacturing operations. Provide project support and leadership as needed while adhering to all safety policies and procedures. QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- One year certificate from college, military, or technical school, plus two years of industrial maintenance experienceExperience with FIIX Software utilizationAbility to lift, pull, and push equipment over 50 lbsProficiency with MS Office and computerized diagnostic equipmentAbility to read and interpret electrical and mechanical printsSkilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsUnderstanding of production processes and root cause analysisEffective communication and time management skillsSpanish language skills a plus•
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of PLC programming languages and input/output systemsExperience with controllers, HMI screens, and industrial robotsAbility to test and diagnose AC circuits (480V, 220V, 120V)Experience installing
PVC/CPVC
