Chefness Gourmet Foods LLC is looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Hallandale, FL! In this hands-on role, you'll keep our facility running smoothly by tackling a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance throughout the facility Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues as needed Conduct general repairs including drywall, painting, carpentry, and flooring Inspect equipment and building systems to identify potential issues before they escalate Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards Coordinate with outside contractors or vendors when specialized repairs are required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or in a similar trade role Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building repairs Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods
