You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC installations, HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, minor electrical. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. Responsibilities 24 hour on-call maintenance bi-weekly Ability to multi-task Turn units for make ready, to include paint, clean and punch Trouble shoot and perform all necessary repairs to apartments including but not limited to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting and appliances Ensure work orders are done in a timely manner Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property for cleanliness and curb appeal Skills Knowledge in trouble shooting and repairs and replacements of
HVAC EPA
certification type II or universal required Plumbing and HVAC a must Proven experience 2-3 years maintenance Working knowledge of tools, appliances and all other devices
