Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential swimming pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. Responsibilities Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Conduct routine visual inspections of pool equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning. Replace filter cartridge elements & small parts as needed. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service schedules, recommendations for repairs, and maintenance tips. Adhere to safety protocols while working with chemicals and equipment. Experience Previous experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred but will train. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license for 3 years or more AND a clean record of the last 3 years or more is required. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
